so much work process to fill the form and wasting lots of time of patients who came in an emergency also charge high for smaller things

The Doctor is really very excellent. My dad and mom undergo a catract surgery over here and Experience has been amazing, seems all the staff members are very supportive and caring. The test procedures are so well managed.The doctor explains the issue in details.

I had visited two days ago for my mom's eye check up. I was told approx 1 hour will be required I said fine. But even after waiting for more than two hours we didn't get time from doctors. Even what was more bad was they allowed MRs to go to meet doctors keeping patients waiting. So I can't tolerate such unsympathetic or unprofessional behaviour and left clinic without check-up after waiting more than two hours.
